The Ventura County Continuum of Care is continuously seeking landlords who will partner with us to ensure we house every homeless person in the County. When you partner with a CoC Agency, you will have direct contact with experts for any concern that might arise and you’ll know you have a team of organizations behind your tenant!

Prior to submitting units to the CoC for housing consideration, landlords should check the attached Fair Market Rent document to determine the County’s approved rent for their property. Units must meet “rent reasonable” in order to participate.
